Camille Roux

Hello, I'm Camille Roux, an algorithmic artist and creative coder based in Montpellier, France. My work is rooted in a passion for blending mathematics, physics and emotion. With a background in computer science engineering and entrepreneurship, I write algorithms that produce organic patterns, released as long-form generative series. I say algorithmic art where the field has long said generative art: the two describe the same practice, but generative AI has made the older term ambiguous to anyone outside it.

96 works, of which 23 are long-form generative projects. 9,539 editions collected, more than 8,000 of them unique outputs, on Tezos, Ethereum, Bitcoin and Degen — through fxhash, gm.studio, Bright Moments, 256ART, SuperRare Labs, hic et nunc and EditArt. What follows is a selection.
